Workout of the Day
Our programing is the backbone of BOLT. Goals require a plan and we are marching towards them one workout at a time. Owner and head coach, Matt McCraney programs all of the work accomplished at BOLT. He has programmed for multiple CrossFit Games athletes, athletes coming off of surgeries, multiple regional athletes, athletes coming off of triple bypass surgeries, masters, teenagers, and many more athletes.
