What is it?

While our regular CrossFit classes touch base on all of our functional movements, we have lots of work to accomplish and don’t always have the chance to look at each movement in depth. These classes will take those familiar skills and break them down piece by piece, work the basics, and take you step by step towards achieving your goals.

Who is it For?

These classes are for EVERYONE! Whether you are looking to get that first pull up or looking to perfect your muscle ups these classes are for you. Wherever you are in your journey, it is always good to go back to the basics.
